The living room didn’t get much love during the first remodel weekend. We replaced outlets on the walls and in the floor.

The beams are beautiful. They are a little darker than the dining room as they apparently were varnished a little too much, making them a chocolate color rather than redwoods.

The room is pretty dark so we’ll need to find just the right floor lamps to remedy that.
